XML Wizard: Impossible either to do back>next, or double click in xml wizard if file doesnt exist

=> only french version.

Steps To Reproduce

test case 1:

Open Xml Wizard, go to 2nd step, write anything instead of file name, go back, then next, blocked, can't move anymore.

test case 2:

Create a xml in wizard, then delete or rename the original file.
Double click on the repository xml created before.. error
