0002242: new component tReplaceList

Description

Based on [Forum] topic 1406 requirements, a tReplaceList component, packaging the array load and use would be useful.

The tArrayOut schema has to be {key,value}. tReplaceList offers the user to check schema column concerned by the replacements.
